Medicaid Done Right’s Privacy Principles

  • • Medicaid Done Right does not sell the information it collects.
  • • Medicaid Done Right does not allow those who are doing business with Medicaid Done Right to use the information Medicaid Done Right collects for their own marketing purposes.
  • • Medicaid Done Right contractually requires any person or organization providing products or services to Medicaid Done Right to protect the information.
  • • Medicaid Done Right does not share medical information unless:
    • • The person expressly authorizes it.
    • • Disclosure is required by law.

Medicaid Done Right Protects Customer Information

Medicaid Done Right maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information and to comply with federal and state laws. Medicaid Done Right retains customer information for legal, auditing, regulatory, and business purposes.

Medicaid Done Right collects and uses information in different ways. For example, Medicaid Done Right gathers information from:

  • • Applications and other related forms to assist with obtaining benefits.
  • • Financial institutions.
  • • Records of financial transactions.
  • • All information collected by Medicaid Done Right is used solely in connection with Medicaid Done Right’s business operations.

How Medicaid Done Right Collects Information

Medicaid Done Right only collects data through text messages that is necessary to facilitate communication with residents and families concerning meeting times and case status, to collect financial documents required by the states, and occasionally, with facilities under contract with Medicaid Done Right.


How Medicaid Done Right Shares Information

Residents or families who sign Medicaid Done Right’s contract agree to allow sharing the information described above with Medicaid Done Right employees, facility employees, and attorneys, if any, retained by the Residents. Medicaid Done Right does not share this information with any third parties.
