How Medicaid Done Right Collects Information

Medicaid Done Right only collects data through text messages that is necessary to facilitate communication with residents and families concerning meeting times and case status, to collect financial documents required by the states, and occasionally, with facilities under contract with Medicaid Done Right.


How Medicaid Done Right Shares Information

Residents or families who sign Medicaid Done Right’s contract agree to allow sharing the information described above with Medicaid Done Right employees, facility employees, and attorneys, if any, retained by the Residents.


Medicaid Done Right does not disclose or transmit any SMS content to third parties for the purpose of marketing or promotional activities.

The information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. You verify that the phone numbers you provide MDR are true and accurate and that you are the current subscriber or owner of any numbers provided. If your number changes you agree to notify MDR by contacting MDR at: 888-380-1777.

You understand and agree that MDR may change these Terms and Conditions from time to time and that MDR will communicate any updates to you.
